Ghost Pepper is our fifth level of hotter traditional salsa. Made with fresh ingredients and no added preservatives. Jalapeno and habanero peppers are used for flavor as well as ghost peppers for that adventurous level of heat. Our customers have asked for "as hot as we can make it" and when in season, ghost peppers are definitely HOT. Grown in Yah's own gardens, ghost peppers rank amongst the hottest of all peppers with a Scoville Rating = 1,041,427.
